The Property Agents Board has assumed responsibility for the examination process for the qualification of property consultants and assistant property managers from January 2010.

Exams will be scheduled in 3 locations throughout Tasmania as follows:

Hobart exams

Mercure Hotel, 156 Bathurst Street, Hobart
1st Monday of each month (registration must be received by 1.00pm the Thursday prior).

Launceston exams 

Mercure, 3 Earl Street, Launceston      
2nd Thursday of each month (registration must be received by 1.00pm the Tuesday prior).

Ulverstone exams   

Beachway Motel, 1 Heathcote Street, Ulverstone
3rd Thursday of each month (registration must be received by 1.00pm the Tuesday prior).

All examinations will commence at 9.30am (allow up to 3.5 hours for two papers)

 SCHEDULE OF EXAMS FOR 2010

Examination fees are $61.13 per exam. 

Note Candidates sitting both Property Consultant and Property Manager Examinations a fee for each paper is payable ie. $122.26.

All bookings and payment must be received by the Property Agents Board office as indicated above to allow for delivery of exam papers to the different locations.
