The Property Agents Board assumed responsibility for the examination process for the qualification of property consultants and assistant property managers.

To sit, examination candidates must forward an Examination registration form and payment to the Property Agents Board office no later than 1.00pm the Tuesday prior.  Candidates will receive confirmation by e-mail of their exam booking which will include further information regarding the examination.

Exams are scheduled in 3 locations throughout Tasmania as follows:

Mercure Hotel, 156 Bathurst Street, Hobart
                                               
Mercure, 3 Earl Street, Launceston      

Beachway Motel, 1 Heathcote Street, Ulverstone
                                   

All examinations will commence at 9.30am (allow up to 3.5 hours for two papers)

Candidates will be notified of exam results by phone after 4:00pm on the Tuesday following the exam date.
