Exciting enhancements to Trust Account Reporting for the Tasmanian Real Estate industry anticipated to significantly stream-line reporting obligations and ease the requirements for agents to meet regulatory requirements, as well as providing oversight of current trust account information and recent historical reporting data.
Commencing with the 30 December 2024 reporting period, all trust account information and reporting will be available through the Board’s online portal.
To add a new trust account, update existing information or complete required reports, all you need to do is log on to the portal and enter the relevant information.
