How to submit your Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

Step 1.
Click on the 'Licence Renewal' button.

Click the 'Continuing Professional Development' button.

PLEASE NOTE: This button will show the current status of your CPD for renewal - red means incomplete and green means complete.

If your CPD requirement is not due until after 2025, the 'Continuing Professional Development' button will already be showing as green as you are not required to submit anything for this renewal.

Step 3.
In the search field enter the CPD code or type the name of the CPD activity. 

The more information you enter about the CPD activity, the more refined the search.

Step 4.
Enter the date you completed the activity.

CPD can be entered at any time, however points will only be allocated for renewal if the training was completed within the appropriate period.

Step 5.
Click the green save button.
Step 6.
Repeat the process for each training activity you are looking to submit.

If you make an error press the red delete button.

Step 8.
Read the declaration carefully and tick the box.

Step 9.
Click the 'Submit for Approval' button.
Step 10.
​Your CPD submission has been received!

Please keep a copy of your receipt number for audit purposes and allow up to 5 business days for your submission to be processed.

Key Points to Note
Back
​All applications and fees must be lodged with the Property Agents Board by 30 April 2025. 
The Board at its discretion may accept an application after this date with a prescribed late fee and any other documents the Board requires.
