How to Complete Your Renewal Declaration

PLEASE NOTE:
Individual renewal declarations must be completed by the person named on the licence.
Company renewal declarations must be completed by the managing agent.
Step 1.
Click on the 'Licence Renewal' button.

​Click on the 'Renew Licence' button.

PLEASE NOTE: Incomplete components will show as red on this screen, and completed components as green.

Step 3.
Read the renewal declaration carefully and answer each of the questions either 'yes' or 'no'.

​Click the 'Submit for Approval' button.
Step 5.
​Your renewal declaration has been received!

Please keep a copy of your receipt number for audit purposes.

Key Points to Note
BACK
​All applications and fees must be lodged with the Property Agents Board by 30 April 2025. 
The Board at its discretion may accept an application after this date with a prescribed late fee and any other documents the Board requires.
