How to Log Into the Portal

Step 1.
Select your licence type.

Step 2.
Enter your licence number.

Step 3.
Enter your mobile phone number.

Step 4.
Tick the 'I'm not a robot' box.

Step 5.
​Click 'Get SMS Code' - this will send a text to the attached mobile phone number.

Step 6.
Enter the 6 digit code from your phone.

Step 7.
Click 'Login' once all relevant fields are completed.

Key Points to Note

​All applications and fees must be lodged with the Property Agents Board by 30 April 2025. 
The Board at its discretion may accept an application after this date with a prescribed late fee and any other documents the Board requires.
